Terms and Conditions (T&C) for TheUniquora-shop
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders and contracts concluded between the customer and the operator of the online shop "TheUniquora-shop".

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is formed once we confirm the order via email.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices include statutory VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop, e.g. PayPal, credit card, etc. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The products remain the property of TheUniquora-shop until full payment is received.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer. Unless otherwise stated, the estimated delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 2 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision via a clear statement (e.g. letter or email).
7. Returns and Refunds
In the event of a withdrawal in accordance with our return policy, the customer bears the cost of return shipping. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and within 7 days.
Before returning any products, the customer must contact our support team via email to clarify the next steps and receive return instructions. We will check whether the ordered products are eligible for return.
The right of return applies only to products that were damaged during shipping or have a manufacturing defect.
Any transport damage must be immediately documented with photos by both the courier and the customer and reported via email to:

⚠️ Please note that exchanges for a different size, color, or variant are not possible.
⚠️ Customized or specially made products are excluded from return.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply. In the event of defects, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or a price reduction.
9. Liability
The operator is liable only for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damages under the contract.
10. Data Protection
Customer data is processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations and will not be shared with third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Final Provisions
Swiss law applies. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
