Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 2 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter or email).
In the event of a withdrawal in accordance with our return policy, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days.
Before returning any products, the customer must contact our support team by email to clarify the next steps and receive return instructions. We will verify whether the purchased products are eligible for return.
The right of return only applies to products that were damaged during transport or have a manufacturing defect. Any transport damage must be immediately documented with photos by both the delivery service and the customer and reported to us via email at:
