All prices include statutory VAT unless otherwise stated.

At TheUniquora-shop.com, we aim to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. That’s why we offer a variety of secure payment options:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) – quick and easy payment directly at checkout.

  • PayPal – secure payment through your PayPal account, without sharing your data directly with us.

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay – fast and convenient on compatible devices.

  • Bank Transfer – transfer the invoice amount from your bank account; shipping takes place after receipt of payment.

All payments are encrypted to ensure your data is safe with us. If you have any questions about payment methods, we are happy to assist you!

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Products remain the property of TheUniquora Shop until full payment has been received.


Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks. Any delays will be communicated promptly.

Shipping providers may vary depending on the country and region. Typically, parcels are shipped with DHL, FedEx, Swiss Post, Planzer, Deutsche Post, or DPD.

Please note that depending on the destination country and region, additional charges such as customs duties or import taxes may be applied by the shipping carrier. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Our shipping fee is 9.50 CHF. For orders over 100 CHF, shipping is free of charge! Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart before you finalize your order.


Returns in Case of Withdrawal

In the event of a withdrawal according to our return policy, the customer bears the cost of return shipping. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and within 7 days.

Before sending back any items, the customer must contact our support team via email to clarify the next steps and receive return instructions. We will verify whether the purchased items are eligible for return.

The right of return only applies to products that are damaged during transport or have a manufacturing defect.
Any transport damage must be immediately documented with photos by the courier service and the customer, and reported to us by email at:
