Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Uniquora Shop. We take great pride in the quality, design, and craftsmanship of our products, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please note the following criteria:

You must contact us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging, including all tags, manuals, accessories, and any free gift(s).

Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items are not eligible for standard returns (unless they arrive damaged or defective).

Products that are sealed for hygienic reasons (e.g., skincare, cosmetics) may only be returned if the seal is unbroken and the product is unused.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Email our Customer Support team at support@theuniquora-shop.com with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and the return shipping address.

Please ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the RAN. Use a secure, trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment.
3. Return Shipping & Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, item defective/damaged), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid shipping label.

If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and insuring the package if the value is high.
4. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your return, our Quality Team will inspect the item to confirm it meets the conditions outlined in Section 1. If approved:

We will notify you by email.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

If the item fails inspection (e.g., it is used, missing tags/accessories, or damaged by the customer), we may decline the refund or issue partial credit, at our discretion.
5. Refunds

The refund amount will reflect the price paid for the returned item, excluding original shipping charges.

Please allow for additional processing time by your bank, card issuer or payment provider—typically 3-10 business days after we initiate the refund.

Gift card purchases will be refunded to a new gift card with the original value.

In case of exchange requests, availability of the replacement item must be confirmed prior; otherwise we will process a refund as per above.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item, its packaging and any defect.

We will then arrange for a correct replacement or full refund (including applicable return shipping cost).

Do not dispose of the item or packaging until we advise you.
7. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order:

You may request cancellation only before the item has been shipped.

Please email us immediately with your request and we will respond with confirmation.

Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel. In that case you may still return the item as per the standard process.
8. Partial Refunds and Additional Conditions
Some items may only qualify for a partial refund (at our discretion) if:

The item is returned with obvious signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

The return is missing original packaging, labels or accessories.

The return is past our specified time limit (14 days) and no extension has been agreed.

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
