  • Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their order to withdraw from the purchase (applies to EU/Swiss customers).

  • After approval, we will provide instructions for returning your product.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

  • Customer pays return shipping for non-defective items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is defective or damaged during transport:

  • 1. Take clear photos of the damage.

    2. Email support@theuniquora-shop.com within 48 hours of delivery.

    3. We will confirm the issue and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost, including return shipping.

  • Keep all packaging until the return is processed.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items that were used or damaged after delivery

  • Products subject to hygiene or safety restrictions

  • Exchanges for a different size, color, or variant
