Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Giveaway: CHF 250 shopping voucher

1. Organiser

The giveaway is organised by The Uniquora Shop, Chamerstrasse 174, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (the “Organiser”). Contact: support@theuniquora-shop.com

2. Entry period

The giveaway runs from now until 31 December 2026, 11:59 pm (Swiss time). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. How to enter

Entry is free and does not require a purchase. You can enter by signing up for our newsletter via the sign-up form on theuniquora-shop.com. Alternatively, you can enter without subscribing by sending an email with the subject “Giveaway” to support@theuniquora-shop.com. Both methods have the same chance of winning. Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over who live in a country the Organiser ships to. The Organiser and anyone involved in running the giveaway are excluded. The Organiser may exclude anyone who breaches these terms or attempts to manipulate the giveaway.

5. Prize

One shopping voucher worth CHF 250, redeemable at theuniquora-shop.com. The voucher is valid for 12 months from delivery. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Draw and notification

After the entry period closes, the winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and notified by email no later than 15 January 2027. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

7. Data protection

Participants' details are used to run the giveaway. Anyone who signs up for the newsletter will also receive our emails and can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email; this does not affect their entry. For more information, see our privacy policy.

8. Other provisions

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or change the giveaway for good reason (e.g. technical or legal reasons). Legal recourse is excluded. Swiss law applies.
