Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–10 days from order confirmation. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking. If there are any delays, we will let you know right away.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your destination country and are shown in the cart before you complete your order. Guide prices:
- Switzerland: CHF 12.50
- Europe: CHF 12.50
- Asia: CHF 10.00
- USA & Africa: USD 5.50
- Caribbean: USD 5.50
- Oceania (Australia): AUD 10.00
Free shipping on orders over CHF 100 (or the equivalent in your currency).
Shipping carriers
Depending on country and region, we ship with DHL, FedEx, Swiss Post, Planzer, Deutsche Post or DPD.
Shipping & customs
All orders are shipped “Delivered Duty Paid” (DDP). This means customs clearance, import duties and clearance fees are already included. You pay nothing extra on delivery – no surprises at your door.
Please provide your phone number when ordering. The carrier needs it for delivery and for any questions from customs.
Prices & payment
All prices include statutory VAT unless otherwise stated. You can pay securely with:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Bank transfer – shipping takes place after receipt of payment.
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Products remain the property of The Uniquora Shop until paid in full.
Returns & transport damage
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us by email before returning so we can tell you the next steps. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Full details are in our return policy.
Please document any transport damage with photos immediately upon receipt and report it to support@theuniquora-shop.com.
